ORANGE COUNTY DEPUTY PUBLIC DEFENDERS ASSOCIATION The OCDPDA promotes high quality indigent defense, provides continuing legal education for its members, promotes fairness in the criminal justice system and strives to increase public awareness of criminal justice issues. All attorneys employed by the Orange County Public Defender, Alternate Defender and Associate Defender are eligible to become members of the association.
